Is that 0.300 per side or on the diameter?

On the diameter. It could cut way more than that. I just haven't had the cohones to take more, still getting to know the machine.

That's what it looked like. I believe that machine will do 0.300 per side with the right insert. If I were roughing with it, I'd go for it. But as you say.....as you get used to it, you'll find out it's limits.
