Alibre's gear generator script make modeling gears a breeze. If anyone needs a gear modeled for 3d printing, drop a message into the Alibre CAD subforum with the tooth count, module and pressure angle and I'll whip one up.

This is a 32 tooth, 20°PA, .91 module gear designed to replace the threading dial gear on PM1228 lathes. It has a 10mm bore and 4mm keyway.
