Which One is 8620?

I ordered some 8620 from OnlineMetals.com. I then ordered some additional 8620 from Zoro.com. They look completely different in outward appearance. The material from OnlineMetals is a dull grey while Zoro supplied a bar that looks like chromed steel. Is this usual? Did one of them ship the wrong material?

After this adventure, I'm not sure. I did receive a xerox of a xerox of a xerox of a test report from OnlineMetals which didn't inspire confidence. I didn't get anything except a packing list from Zoro.

OnlineMetals doesn't have hot rolled in 1" diameter, only cold finished.
