Got the carrier done, and after "spreading" the top rails a bit to allow it to fit a little better I just need to get some 1 1/4" steel rod to make the pin



Moving well on the project, but there is about 1000 little things to do and some days i feel like Im in reverse lol. Will feel better once the cylinder is hung
