What do you mean by "straight-in" ? Do you mean neutral-handed as discussed on pages. 41/42 in my book? If so, the designation would be MCMN. The following will likely fit your CNMG431 inserts.

Tool holder update:
I opened up two more of the tool holders from Amazon that I mentioned above. They both had thumb-nuts threaded off-perpendicular so the nut wobbled. Looks like 8-10 Degrees off. Not sure how they even accomplish that... Do they hand-thread them??? So 8 out of 10 were great (ordered 2 more afterwards). 20% returned but the ones I kept are working well. I'll buy more because of good price but will expect to return some percentage.

What I ended up with:
