I'd want pics before I even thought about cranking my truck. If it were across town would be one thing but 4hrs drive :-( Pics are a must and I'd feel out his negotiability on the phone.
That was my same thought. I really want a vertical machine anyway so I think it is a no go. For the little bit that I need it for a mill drill will work. Or maybe a smaller domestic, don`t have room for a bp, altough that would be the best bang for the buck. Around here they can be had for about 1700 but I really don`t want to spend that much.
