Based on my research the dickson tool post is considered a very nice one, so congrats on getting a winner! The downside is apparently the tool holders (the part that holds the bit and goes onto the tool post) are a bit more expensive/tough to find, but they are also pretty reasonably easy to make.

I haven't watched it yet, but this guy does some nice videos, and has one about making holders!
