I was in the same boat this last few years our oldest daughter moved away and our youngest with college and work is always gone. I've always spent way too much time in the shop but the wife had the kids to keep her busy. So I decided to include her in some projects win/win for both of us.
First project the wife was telling me the daughter couldn't burn candles in her apartment so the wife bought he battery operated ones. To dress them up we made some lanterns .
