Pneumatic Can Crusher

I have a foot powered version, usually works the first time every time! (as long as it is light weight aluminum cans)
 
Now that's a power tool! I especially like the auto-eject.

Naw, just wind a large solenoid.

I think you should go for it. ;) I think it would be an interesting project. It isn't something I would be comfortable with though.

Well, the advantage of not needing a compressor is appealing, but I have several air cylinders I could use.

Electric one would be unique. I might do it. Just to see if I can.
