I tried the Sears site for replacement parts, but their site is down this morning
so I might have a go at fabricating the missing part(s) eventually (kind of busy at moment)
I do have some dull chisels. I don't know how good it would work at lathe HSS bits but skeptical
I'm glad I posted this before tearing it apart. Now I can maybe try a restoration.
