Hello all,
So I have solved my problem, thanks for all your help. Turns out the drive axle has a bushing and not a bearing. So what I did was shim the axle to remove the axial movement, and also played with the blade tension. There is still some radial play in the drive bushing, when I really crank on the blade tension the bottom wheel angles some and it forces the blade off. I plan to replace the drive bushing the next time I change the gear oil.
Thanks again!
Kyle
