Identify This Lathe

If it's an Atlas it's a rare one- I've never seen one quite like it. Looks like some type of custom cover on the headstock.
Nice that it has the QC gearbox tho.

It is a craftsman commercial that is missing all of the covers. And the PO made one for the top.
