Does anybody else grind lathe tools this way?

I know you are protecting your ways,but just grinding at the bench grinder is quicker for me.
 
Guys been a jouryman machinist for 30 yrs. not a good idea. First off no guard if you ever had a wheel blow up you will know it. I know you guys are thinking like it is a tool grinder for the home shop, it works , but it is not. Secondly like stated earlier not good on the machine, ways ect. grinding dust and oil = grinding compound= metal removed. Save your self and machine learn to do it free hand. i remember when I first started out the grinding wasn't pretty but you will learn.
