Normally this type of pump has a hollow shaft & the motor slips inside. If the motor shaft did not get a coating of Never Sieze then it may be rusted in place or due to pulsed operation the keyway may be damaged. It looks as if there are two "jack screws" they are used to push the pump off the motor, use them. Worst case the housing will break or they will stip out. The motor should separate from the pump, go easy one turn each screw, no need to rush.

try prying the gap with 2 screwdrivers while someone else hits the pump end with a rubber mallet
