That looks like a great tool. I have a couple of tools from that company and they are very well made. I already had dial indicator that works well for this type of work, so just made a quick mount for it to use in one of my tool holders. Photo attached.

I made one similar, but found it more trouble than it was worth. Many times I need to rotate the indicator to clear parts in the chuck. I just went back to using a magnetic base to hold the indicator.
