Hi,I just wanted to say thanks for posting your description of the Wohlhaupter head. I just acquired a 5-6s from the shop where I worked for 34 yrs. before they were going to chuck it out. Mine has a 50 nmtb shank but it is removable. The shop was dissolved and they are scrapping most of it out. Your info is invaluable for stripping it down for cleaning and lubing. I am going to try and make a shank to fit my mill which has a 30 nmtb spindle. It is a bit overkill but a free Wohlhaupter is free.
