Where do I get more of these?

I suspect it was an adjustable shim used to get the tool on center in one of the old style square tool posts. Brits might call it adjustable packing.
 
I could see that, but repurposed it works really well to stabilize u-shaped pieces when milling the edges that would normally vibrate unstabilized. Could use a few larger and smaller just like it, it’s not a major undertaking , but for somethings, I would rather break out the credit card and get the work at-hand done
 
Try searching eBay for 'printing quoins' or 'wedge quoins' - they will work the same and are pretty common.

It takes a cogged key to adjust/tighten them so when you are eBaying for quoins find a listing that includes the key.

Thanks! Perfect, I never knew they existed, which may be because I never worked in a Victorian era print shop
found a set with a key. Much appreciated
