What is this sine bar accessory?

The angles go from 1° to 45°. Here is the part, I was able to get a pair of holes squeezed in to bolt on to the back jaw of My vise, so no having to hold to against a stop. I'll try to post dimensions tomorrow. The fixture is set to 1° in the picture.
