I can't see how this thing could actually work. Guess there has been 'gimmicks' for a long time. Suckers spend their money in hope of fleeting ease.

You put the strand of wire in the head part. You put the spike head into the pole or on the side of the pole you want to pull against. As you pull the handle the head applies clamping force on the wire.
