My VN22LU has the coolant pump, the pipes going up, and then a rubber hose that was zip tied to the overarm. I was going to try to copy that clamp, but have not decided on using the coolant yet or not. I'm leaning more towards a mist cooling system right now, since I have not gotten into using the mill much yet.
For most of your milling, mist cooling should be adequate. I use flood coolant when I need to remove the chips; like when in the pocket cutting out a AR Lower. Flooding the pocket picks up the aluminum chips and gets them out of way to allow for faster milling.
For the majority of my milling I am using a acid brush to dab on cutting oil .
