You went off topic while staying on topic.

A scrap yard I frequent has some cool attendants. If you see something you like they will put it behind the scale shack where there is no camera coverage and you can retrieve it while suing up to scale out after you dump.

Technically it’s not stealing as you get paid by the weight you left in the yard, and who cares if the attendants get extra tips.
