Just yesterday I was watching an old comedy and one of the characters mentioned this: KISS has announced that all of their sex songs are about having sex with human women even though the band members are all dressed up as demons and aliens and a cat.
I grew up in East Texas and went to high school with a couple of ZZ Top relatives. Did not know that about Lagrange.

The Chicken Ranch was an illegal brothel in the U.S. state of Texas that operated from 1905 until 1973 in Fayette County, about 2.5 miles (4.0 km) east of downtown La Grange. The business was notably dramatized in the 1978 Broadway musical The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, adapted into a 1982 film of the same name.
