Weldon countersinks

I sharpen mine by honing the inside of the hole with a dremel grinding stone. You simply need to keep the stone flat on the floor of the hole and hone the cutting edge. Works fine, does not alter the outside geometry of the cone and has kept my cutters sharp for decades.

Thanks, I had seen that video before. That's what inspired me to try the piloted versions because he mentioned what a nice job they do for a specific hole size. Good info on sharpening.
