Pricing is roughly equivalent to what is available on AliExpress. There's higher and some slightly lower priced for 5um. Guess the biggest risk, besides the order being correct and arriving intact, is the pin out.

did you have to use the adapter wiith yours? mine looks to be wired for the ttl signal

I did not use the adapter, I used the documentation pinout that came with the scale and match it to Yuris pinout instructions
