Turning "black iron" (?) pipe

I did a basic CAD drawing I did to plan it out. I'll see if I can find it.
Powered by a 4hp dc Motor from an industrial treadmill. Modified the original treadmill controller board for easy speed control and used step pulleys all mounted just like a drill press. Gave me an incredible speed range and loads of torque. Base 3/4" plate. Main upright column - 4" x 4" 1/2" thick H beam with 62mm hole through the flat faces at the top for the 2" pipe that had the head on one end and the motor on the other. Vertical box ways added to H beam (1/8" x 1" steel strips screwed to one flat face). Knee - 1/2" steel plate mounted to 6" wide 1/2" thick angle plate mounted to vertical ways. Xy table mounted to 1/2" plate. 70kg (my weight) on the knee produced no measurable deflection. Everything bolted together to enable disassembly for moving (I live in an apartment).
