Troubleshooting Vibration for my SB 9A

Try checking the bolts that hold the headstock and countershaft. Make sure that they are seated properly. Sometimes, something can get in a blind bolt hole preventing a bolt to be firmly tightened.
 
Quick update for you all - removing the chuck helped quite a bit. It still vibrates some, but only on the highest speed.

With just the motor and counter-shaft running everything is vibration free so the problem is somewhere between the countershaft and headstock.

Regardless, it seems to me 90% of the problem is the chuck so really that's where I should focus.
