Well I guess I am committed now as I bought both the 10hp 3 phase motors today at the auction & picked up 4 heavy duty steel casters to put under the saw to be able to use the shop space optimally (another project)
Had the better half with me and she out spent me by a bunch at a industrial auction & she said she had a ball I may have created a monster :thinking:

Good luck with the rotary phase converter, they are pretty easy to build and work great.

Gloat worthy material, for sure! You may get lucky and find a few small quick fixes are all that's necessary. I'm probably wrong, but I think the blade welder may be on it's own single phase circuit? Not sure.
