1974 was an interesting time. The drinking age was 18, courtesy of people arguing that if you were old enough to go to war, you were old enough to drink. I was a freshman in college, having gotten a Selective Service draft number of around 330.
Anyways, remember playing darts and drinking. Too little beer you weren't loosened up, too much, well you couldn't hit the target. In the zone, yeah, that was good, very good.
