The point with N/A beer is that a Designated Driver can still enjoy the taste without the drawbacks of the alchohol.

The point of Decaff coffee / tea is for folks who are either trying to cut caffeine intake, or have been put on a caffeine reduction/elimination diet.

There are now a goodly number of ways to get nicotine without cigs, so it is easier than ever to get hooked on it..... Conversely, those same options allow breaking the habit of smoking and quitting smoking altogether.
