Ever since the dawn of the Industrial Revolution, there has been more and more dihydrogen monoxide exposure to our diets, especially anything liquid.
So far there's no known research being done to attempt to remove this hydrogen monoxide from the environment. Exposure kills thousands of people every year and, in fact, every person who has died of exposure to chemicals has had extremely high levels of dihydrogen monoxide in their system.
So, yeah, considering ice has tons of the stuff, it makes sense.
