Here we go...I use a 3 ton arbor press to push the broach using shims to get the proper depth..

Thank you Richard. This is great. I was wondering of there must be a angled base to lign things up and now I have confirmation. Thanks, this helps a lot.

Is the notch on the base in pic no.3 for a bolt to clamp down?

It was just a piece of scrap, but yes it could be used as such
