Source for headless screws

I'm looking for headless screws like the item below, but am striking out. Can anyone advise where I can find a box?

Home depot or lowes may have them, They are used in kit furniture shelving. Ace hardware also

Would the pins even need to be threaded? I would think just Locktite in a straight hole would work fine.
