Hi w9jbc,
it does look a bit like a DV-59 doesn't it??

it certainly does we still have a couple of them in use here at work of various types. I think there is still an old warner swayzee or two out there too.

Mike, I told you before that you are running out of fingers for counting your lathes. Pretty soon you will need to take off your shoes to count them all. I think there is a seven step program for that...

I found some3/4" screw machine toolholders on Ebay and got em' pretty cheap!

I finally figured out the collet closer, the PO had some stuff assembled in the wrong order.
it's fully functional and ready to rock and roll !!!!!

well i'm back with a new look for the lathe,
a VFD conversion with a Omron 3G3XV inverter, so i can run the 3 phase motor on single phase power
here is the video after the install and initial parameter settings
