Reviving a back burner project

Some of you will remember when I started to convert a HF 14 inch wood cutting bandsaw to a metal cutting bandsaw. The project went to the back burner when I got to fabricating new table trunions. No Mill at the time.

I will post pictures today as I revived this project last night.

Now that the computer is OK again let's get back to business. These are the new Trunions at finish size. Now I remember how my forearms got so big when I was younger. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Nice job on the guides Bill (and the trunnions).

Thanx Tom. The guide bearings (side) don't adjust by slots. The bushings are drilled off center and act as came. They adjust in a circular motion when the center bolt is loosened.

Almost a done deal. Trunions attached to the table. I won't need the tilt of the table so two bolts will hold it rigid to the trunion mount. Tomorrow is another day.
