i could just imagine what a shop full of machines running from flat belts in the overhead would sound like

They make more noise with the clips than with a glued belt, But I already had the clips and the belts are pretty old.

i got the power feed hooked up, I used a old I had off my 89 Chevy, It works ok but I need to get a leather one.

Heres a small movie drilling 1/4" cast iron 1" bit.

Paul,

I love these old drill presses, they have character. It's great to see one brought back to its former glory. The only problem with using one is their slow speed, they like LARGE drill bits.
