Strange, this only ~$12. If you look around, you can find the same ones for up to $70. A simple design, and does just what need.

Yeah but the shipping is $44.40. Bazinga! (at least that's what shows up shipping to Kanuckistan, maybe cheaper inside USA).

I have been known to youse a mag base a time or two.

I frequently use them too, on the far side of my mill table. It gives me a good Y reference at the table's back edge.
