Another vote for Viking.
The sets are pricey though - I bought one of the stub sets up to 1/4, then one of the cheap cobalt 115-pc sets mentioned above. When I break a drill in the 115-pc set, it gets replaced with a Viking.
of course, if being without a drill bit due to breakage is not an option, then you're probably more of a job-shop than a hobby-shop, and should fork out the money for the good stuff. but you get to write it off as a business expense so it's all good
