This would be a good time for it Jon, especially if you've any interest in DX. All of the prognosticators seem to be on board now -- Cycle 25 is going to look like 1957 all over again! But as the Zen master said, "We'll see".

It's got ME excited, though -- there are still a bunch of Asians I need on ten!

It was a manual, on AN/GRR-5. But it wasn't really that long ago, 2018.

As far as the consequences of someone contacting you via PM, don't worry about it. The only case that I can think of that anyone on Staff might do anything about something said in a PM would be if a member complained about getting harassed by someone using PM. And then only if you specifically asked for something to be done. We can't do eavesdropping even if we wanted to.
