It was a pretty poor fit (small) so I had one made.

Just thought I would comment back that I ended up getting a tapped t-nut on eBay and it was an excellent fit.
If you do a search for "Craftsman Atlas 612 & 618 Lathe tool post t-nut,Tapped for 10x1.50mm thread" you should find it.
Note: I'm using it on an Atlas 10100
