Powder coating problem

Sheet............we beat the snot out of this topic. It's high time to move on. I truly appreciate all the trouble shooting help.
As I detest rattle cans, I'm looking for the next best option that will outlive me. Anybody try the Ceracote products? I'm
thinking two part over cure is worth looking at.

Thanks again!

One more trick up ma sleeve! When I had problems trying to coat titanium,(trust me titanium is not a conductor), I just mixed the powder with acetone and made a paint from it. I used a cheap HF detail gun and painted the object, let it air dry for a day, then baked it as usual.
I have also used this method to coat parts too big for my oven, and used a heat gun to cure them.

I am surprised the acetone and powder didn't melt into a gooey mess. But that's interesting.

Yeah if nothing else there has been some far more creative solutions presented than I ever thought of! Not to mention I didn’t even know there was such a thing as powder coat primer.
