You get it working? Hey,I just thought of something......You should make sure you mark each label to its wire on the connector that you move the pins to keep track of for future reference. Maybe assign a number to each Chinese character and tape a number flag to each wire to make things easier. I would probably change the controller connection pins since it has a second diagram and a better wire harness color setup.

Pictures of all the similar Chinese motors show similar wire color mismatches, so is probably wired correct as is.
