Poor guy was having a hard time finding a buyer for it. I bought a Burgmaster from him. I forget the story but he was trying to sell off his family's machine shop that closed. When they bought that jig borer they had to knock down a wall & a section of the roof to get it in place. Then rebuilt the roof around the jig borer.
Because of the shop's location & the enclosure it would have cost way more just for the rigging to get it out of there. I forget the price, he wasn't asking a whole lot for it but couldn't find anyone interested in it. The thing was practically in brand new condition.
