PM1127 VF filter circuit board part number?

Not sure brushes will help. All this came out of the back of the motor while I had it on the bench this morning. I did have it running yesterday, about half speed.

Holy crap. Are those chips or is it from the motor? I'm assuming the former & if yes does it work any better after cleaning all that out? Does the lathe's back splash not shield the motor from chips?

Yes, all those chips are from the motor. The motor is protected, as there were no metal shavings where the motor is located. 99% of my stuff is all aluminum, this is all steel. The motor is sealed except for those vents in the back.
The motor quit working after I removed all the chips, go figure. You can see a plastic divider that goes between the magnets also came out.
I found a motor on ebay that appears to have the same specs as the original, 110v d.c. 1.5 h.p. I’m waiting to hear back from Matt on the lead time of the replacement motor. If it’s long, I buy this one and try it. Not a direct fit, and I’ll need to come up with a pulley.
I can’t find any information on the motors that were fitted to the early lathes. I got mine in May 2012. I found some old posts that implied the motor was 1.5 h.p. I originally tested the motor with a 12v battery and the motor ran in both directions with I swapped the leads. It uses a KB125 speed control board.
