Its bolted down. there's about a half inch gap between the quarter inch sheet I used for the pan and the surface of the toolbox, so I filled it with a couple slabs of half inch plate for extra weight and mass. All drilled and bolted through. I have considered if oil will end up finding its way through the holes and into the top drawer of the box, but I figured I would just put some goop around the holes and seal it up. I didn't bother trying to level it yet. It's actually on wheels at the moment, so I can't see the point of chasing tenths underneath the thing until its on the ground finally. I have a crazy high resolution level that I got for my lathe, so I should be able to figure it out when it's time.
