Please post your projects!

There seems to be no suitable title for my stuff. I can't figure out what has happened to the pictures of most of the things I have posted, such as my flintlock pistol, dividing head, etc.

What about antique weapons, antique tools? Something like that?

Posting projects is almost as time consuming as building them in some cases. It's kinda like when I was doing comedy in a bar where people aren't paying attention, I've heard all these jokes (a million times) so unless you guys don't pay attention I find it worthless. Same thing with posting a project, I seen it, I know how I built it, I know how it works (or doesn't) My point is if nobody is gonna comment/critique/advise or help with the project what's the point? Then there's the few cases where like Georges posts they get lost (sometimes permanently) That's sickening.

Just a rant/ramble/observation I'm done now:ouch: :footinmouth:

I agree, it is a lot of work. But projects are the life's blood of the site. Unfortunately, we had a few things get lost in the necessary moves. We have stabilized things nicely now.
Tony is having the Project of the Month people posted on the banners on the Home Page, etc., so at least there is some recognition for all the hard work.

In fact, unless there are projects being posted, it's not possible to put up a "Project of the Month".

So guys, don't be bashful, post those projects!

ACK! George! I can't believe your beautiful projects are gone. That's very saddening. You do some fantastic work. I wish everyone could see it.

Guys,

I felt really bad about losing George's stuff, so I searched and found a backup of our old site in the SMF software. In order to read it, I had to reinstall the software on our web server and the database, which I did:

Unfortunately, while I found some interesting posts, I could not find George's stuff. I am very sorry for the loss. If I find another backup, I will certainly install the database and see if I can find it.

Again, my apologies.

I'll try re posting things. Haven't tried to post any pics with this new format, and am not too computer savvy,so I'll see if I can manage to do it.
