We are hoping there maybe someone who may have experience with very old raymod reach truck.

Our is a P31 series from 1978 or so.

It was working great years ago, then for some time we did not have the cat colony and they ate lots of wires.

Got it all rewired and it tries but the protector kicks in.

We have the manual and it is helping but the hope I maybe a member worked on these.

Well that’s not good at all! Darn mice can do a lot of damage. My only advice is to trace 1 wire at a time and fix individually . May not be as bad as you think.
Hope you get it all sorted out.

It looks like new now.

Only one of the large wires was chewed in 2 so each damaged wire we were able to chop off and replace the last foot or so on 2 and others just chewed the insulation so tape and heat shrink.

There was a few small wires but the manual is well done for wire tracing so all wires back in place.

But there must be one...

There seems to be feedback to controller or current sense that is not working so the safety kicks in.
