As mentioned, you are looking for insert pockets with a positive rake, see the Glacern FM45. Also see face mills below.

FM45 Facemills
For general purpose facing and fine finishing, Glacern FM45 nickel-plated cutters are hard to beat. 20-degree positive inserts are held in 19-degree positive inclined pockets for low-vibration cutting. Can be used on smaller machines thanks to the low horsepower requirements.
Chip-thinning from the 45-degree lead angle allows increased feed rates by 50% over 90-degree cutters. Size ANSI SE43 (ISO SE 1204) square inserts maintain chip thinning to a cutting depth of 0.250". The chamfers on the inserts provide a wiper effect to minimize surface roughness.
There are a wide range of face mills and inserts that give a very clean finish, you must use an insert designate for the pocket on the face mill and the material you want to machine. Typically for aluminum I use a polished uncoated carbide insert with a very sharp cutting edge.
Some inserts have 4 cutting edges, others have 6 or 8. Better to go with readily available insets as opposed to the proprietary ones, the face mills below are what I commonly use for aluminum (unfortunetely the inserts they use are only available from the respective manufacturer).
This one has 4 cutting positions.
Blocks surfaced with this face mill using 2 passes. You will not get a polished finish, but can get close.
This one has 8 cutting insert positions.
