After reading through this thread (congrats on your mill by the way, that's really neat, I'm looking forward to some restoration photos and maybe video), I set up an appointment to go to the Smithsonian library yesterday to see their collection of VN/Waltham Watch Co. trade documents, as I'm outside Baltimore so central DC isn't too bad of a trip. They have a lot, and I wasn't yet able to get scans/photos of it all, but I did see some interesting things, as well as things we've seen before. I'll be uploading what I have once I go through and clean up the scans, and once I go back to get more at some point over the next couple months. Their trade documents archive is largely un-scanned and made available via their website so far, but I imagine they'll get around to it someday; I just wanted to see it faster.
As for your No. 0, there was only one document in their collection, although that's still more than I've ever seen anywhere. It was a sales catalog the same as we see for all their other models, with basic photos, specs, and description/flowery ad copy.
ps15toolroom, I for one would be very interested in seeing the blueprints and BOMs you have. The Smithsonian has a handful of (somewhat water-damaged, unfortunately) blueprints, mostly for the No. 2 horizontal and something in the automotive line I think.
