have seen similar for gas boxes, valves, and electrical signal boxes.


underground water valves going into the houses here, use that. Also fire hydrants use a larger 5 sided socket, or wrench.

it was a box with a barbwire and chain link fence. the box is 6x6x6 inches

just up the road about 30 yards there is chain link fence with barbed wire around it and inside is a pipe coming up with a box on top with a lock so I guess it is for that
