More of a toolbox gloat. I rescued 2 Kennedy chest(both the same size) and 6 tray type boxes from a dumpster.

They were replaced. They didn't have ball bearings drawer slide so they were discarded.

Wow! What an awesome find!
It has been years since I went "shopping" in dumpsters. It never ceased to amaze me what folks were willing to throw out.
I must agree with Barnesrickw. His statement is sooo sad and yet sooo true.

About a year & 1/2 ago I saw a Kennedy top box on Craigslist. I quickly called the guy & he asked me where I lived. When he heard where I was he asked isn't that kinda' far away ? (15 miles !) I was there in 20 minutes & gave him the $ 20 he was asking for the unused box. I didn't even try to talk him down in price lol.
